Using the Reduce Damage power, Cole MacGrath (Infamous) can reduce the amount of damage he takes from any source.

Xerimus (Kaiju Combat) because of his Kaiju empowerment allows him to reduce the damage he takes.

Maxwell (Tales of Eternia) is able to reduce the damage he takes from all forms of attack, allowing him to withstand anything you throw at him save attacks made by the Extreme accessory.

Karna’s (TYPE-MOON Kavacha and Kundala, reduce the damage he received to 1/10.
