Hero Team

So, I'm putting together a team of heroes for a game I'm playing. Problem is, I'm trying to have a balanced team. So, so far I've got a character similar to Nightwing who has no powers but is a great hand-to-hand combat expert. Then I've also got a character similar to the Punisher who uses firearms for longer ranged attacks. But right now, that's all I have, and I'd like to have five. I had an idea for one who could manipulate electricity to shoot out of his hands and short-out lights for a distraction. Think I could have some help?
