User can manipulate the sense of touch of anyone/anything, allowing them to alter/change it, enhance it, reduce it, and even remove it entirely either temporarily or permanently depending on the users skill.
They can change the touch of anything and how it feels, such as the feel of a wall, an animal's fur and any other object.
