The user can control the perception of time of oneself and others, influencing the senses of to speed up insanely so that the body fails to keep up, making the person feel like everything is happening so slowly. They can also slow down the senses to make everything to appear at a fast pace so that the person cannot react in time or even influence the senses to the point where everything appears to have stopped and which causes the person to be paralyzed and stop moving completely.
