What about Shazam from DC ? The magic powers of six gods plus the traditional flying brick powerset, just a "Shazam!" away and with hardly any price or downside.
Yeah but he's 12

And sometimes, it isn't even that. It's just bigger, not stronger. And by bigger I mean they have more of it that a human could ever have. For instance: Rick Riordan's Kane Chronicles and this Magnus Chase series, the Iron Druid Chronicles(for the ones who aren't in style anymore), Dungeons and Dragons, and Warhammer 40k.
Psionics can counter magic, here are the comparisons:
Psionics is more raw, focused will/brainpower, while magic is a trained art with specific rules to follow.
Psionics is just what you can do, while magic is what you've learned.
Psioics is a byproduct of intense mental capabilites, while magic is the end goal of an educational process.
Psionics uses your mental strength directly, magic needs a spell.
Psionics is your mind using the power of itself to effect the world around you. Magic is your mind channeling an alien (or separate) source of power to effect the world around you.
•You can generally enchant objects with magic for various effects, you cannot do similar with psionics.
•You can cut off a magic user from their source of magic or disrupt their though process/concentration enough, Psionics you have to physically/chemically effect their brain to achieve a similar effect (i.e. unconscious or drugs).
•Unless its specific to the type of magic, magic does not usually grant a user greater awareness of their surroundings, whereas psionics generally does.
•Psionics almost always has some physical manifestation responsible for its existence, as a genetic racial trait/abnormality that centers around the brain either naturally for artificially. Magic is usually something anyone is capable to utilizing to some degree beyond just those with a special 'aptitude/gift' for the art, unless otherwise stated.
•For any comparable power equivalent, psionics tend to be more locally restricted/focused in their range while magic users tend to have greater ability to project their power over greater distances.
Psionics and magic are completely different things that produce many similar results. In a 1v1 situation, a psionic would have a clear advantage in a close range situation (as attacking the mind is potentially quicker than the time needed to formulate a spell while also causing disruption to a caster's ability) while quickly losing the advantage as distance is increased. Over all, this is just my opinion in regards to how both abilities are 'generally' handled in most settings. Psionics tend to be a bit more consistent in their portrayals, while the nature of magic use can vary greatly from setting to setting
This is just my opinion, I don't mean to start an argument (although, the comparisons above came just from this reddit post which is not mine).

Also, there are some psionic powers that can resist/negate magic.
I believe not, for me magic is more spiritual, it comes from a supernatural source, something connected to the soul, but magic actually give this because it needs mental things with imagination, concentration, focus, metal force, emotional control.

I disagree magic distorts and manipulates reality, psionic powers are linked to mind and its domains. And magic could give psychic powers but psychic powers do not give magic at least not naturally. I think with the discipline of magic could enhance and much psychic powers with this thing of concentration, focus, mental strength and emotional control. And a magician could acquire psionic powers.
I would say so. Kinda. Magic isn't really a "power", it is a source and explaination of powers in fiction. Thus making it unfair to compare against individual powers. The gift of magic is useless until you will it into a superpower. It also comes in countless variations and forms depending on the universe.
Edit: All superpowers often come with a price. Not just "magic". That is a general rule of superpowers. They take energy and concentration to use, and can have specific drawbacks, but that depends. I'm sick of hearing about how magic comes with this big dire "price" when that is rarely the case.
Edit: psychic/psionic powers fall under the vast umbrella that is magic in fiction. Make no mistake.
Edit: All superpowers come with a price. People who overuse mental powers start bleeding from the eyes and nose and risk brain damage, people who overuse physical powers tend to start tearing muscle and breaking bones, people who overuse elemental powers start to freeze or combust or crumble. Not to mention general fatigue as they burn up your energy.
In a neutral sense, not taking into account the nature of Magic, that is, in a general sense, you are right, Magic is a source of powers, elemental spell, elemental control, mental spell, mind control and telepathy, temporal spell, chronokinesis... Not to mention the pure magical powers, which are earned or natural.
The rest is rest. Only details of fiction and infinite variables.
But I wanted to address a very important and somewhat annoying subject, the "Price of Magic." Not that I do not like that in the story is really a great dramatic effect, but it's more a part of the plot for a drama than a rule usually in the story. Type Once Upon a Time is the series I know that most uses that phrase, but in the end it's just that, a dramatic effect, more for the great spells than something actually used.
The Price of Magic is something that at one time became very popular, because Type Magic can do anything, so it needs something that can limit and Price was great not to place implicit restrictions, which could limit and contradict the plot. Possessing something that makes everything easier on the spot makes things boring. You have to work hard in science, the powers have limits .... Price has become popular, but it's not something absolute, like Harry Potter, Magic works by manipulating only at a slight fundamental level and sometimes it's just an energy expenditure that happens to any superpower.

Exactly! I agree. All superpowers come with limitations and costs of some sort. Magic does not come with some extra price or dire fate tacked on. At best it only takes expending energy and concentration like any power.
