Capabilities
User can move anything/everything at any distance just by moving their limbs (arms/hands/fingers/feet/legs/head/eyes/etc.), allowing them to control anything as if their limbs were physically attached/connected to everything around them. As such they can do far more then just attacks, instead they can manipulate the motion of anything at any distance.
Unlike telekinesis however, user is not using their mind to move objects instead they just use simply bodily motion to move things. Since breathing is also considered to be a type of physical motion, simply restraining the user would be ineffective.
