The user is able seal electricity within objects/beings and release them when needed, causing it to have various effects on the target.
Applications
- Esoteric like users have a more vague and devastating effect on the victims, such as dark, cosmic, or even divine.
- Have the lightning unseal when a specific condition is triggered.
- If the host is near water, when unsealed, the host will most likely die from the shock.
- Magnetic Force-Field due to the electromagnetism properties, and can cause the host to stay put on a magnetic surface.
- Seal away lightning in the area.
- Shock of lightning on the inside and can cause massive burns.
- This could also cause jolts and twitches.

Limitations
- Can't be unsealed if the host is in an environment in which lightning cannot exist.
- Destruction of host body will unwillingly unleash the sealed lightning.
