Capabilities

• The user can force severe perspiration, dryness, and transpiration on people/objects. Long exposure can cause people to become skeletal, soon dying due to total lack of water. High level users can cause moisture to enter their own body. Some can take the water they have taken away from people and beings to use for attacks.

• Dehydrate subject/objects.
• Sap moisture.
• Causes droughts by absorption of moisture from the ground killing plant & animal life.
