Power to use the abilities of imps. Variation of Demonic Physiology.
User with this ability either is or can transform into an imp a small lesser demon, often shown as small and not very attractive creatures. Many look like miniature stereotypical demons: red skin, horns, bat-wings and barbed tail.
Their behavior is described as being wild and uncontrollable, with a sense of free spirit and enjoyment of all things fun. Most of the time, the pranks were harmless fun, but some could be upsetting and harmful, such as switching babies or leading travellers astray in places with which they were not familiar.
They are often willing to bind themselves to magic-users as familiars, serving as spies and informants using their ability to take animal forms. They have some abilities relating to fire and are hard to kill, possibly to the point of being immortal.
Imps can also be "bound" or contained in some sort of object, such as a sword or crystal ball, in other cases imps were simply kept in a certain object and summoned only when their masters had need of them. Some even had the ability to grant their owners wishes, much like a genie.
