Capabilities

The users, either innately or through training, are masters of wielding yo-yos, a toy consisting of an axle connected to two disks, and a string looped around the axle, similar to a spool. Thus, they can perform many complex and incredible tricks with yo-yos, or even successfully use them for combat.
