Capabilities

User with this ability either is or can transform into balloon or balloons. Users' transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of balloons, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

The user is lighter than air and will start to float up if there isn't something holding him on the ground. The user can also blow a lot of wind out of his mouth as if he is a balloon and contains a lot of gas inside of it.
