The user is immune to the infections made by computer viruses, possibly because their anatomy is incapable of being affected by it - such as being organic as opposed to mechanical or data-based - or that their particular coding makes them stronger than others.

- May not be immune to all viruses, only being able to width-stand weaker viruses or specific strains.
- Might only be able to fight off the viral infection instead of being fully immune.
- Could become a carrier of the virus while being unaffected by it themselves, infecting those around them by accident.
- Omni-Absorption/Almighty Absorbing Replication/Immunity Bypassing/Power Negation are the perfect counters.
- May not be active at all times.
- May require a concious decision to use/activate this immunity.
- May be vulnerable to immunity deactivation by hackers.

Due to his Guardian Code, Bob (Reboot) is shown to be more durable than most other programs, being the only Mainframer to be immune to Hexadecimal's Medusa bug.
While not fully immune, Turbo (Reboot) was able to fight off Daemon's infection as opposed to the other Guardians that fell under her sway as soon as they were infected.
Beelzemon (Digimon) is shown to be the only Digimon immune to the viral behaviour of BEHEMOTH.
