Sosuke Aizen (Bleach) is an expert and master in lying, easily tricking everyone in the Soul Society into thinking he was a kind, mild-mannered Captain for over a century.

Celestia Ludenberg/Taeko Yasuhiro (Danganronpa) is a pathological liar, to the point where even her closest friends don't know how much of her origins are true or part of the false narrative she's concocted for herself. This lying skill helps her in her main passion, gambling.

When this doesn't work, she tries to make others feel pity for her and manipulate them emotionally. Even Tikki, a being who has existed since the universe's creation, thinks that Lila has lied better than anyone she met before.

Usopp (One Piece) is an adept liar, which can be useful in certain situations. Although many of his lies are outrageous, they've been shown to be a useful distraction at times, especially against incredibly gullible opponents.
