Users can manifest their desires into reality, either at will, or subconsciously. Whatever the user longs for will materialize, whether it'd be an object, an ability, a future, an event, a location, an entire reality, etc. with the limits being the user's desire itself.

There will be nothing that the user does not desire, so there are no side effects of power. Also, it has unlimited potential as the user can realize anything they desires. All they need to distort reality is their desire.
