Capabilities

The user has the ability to grant enhanced speed and agility to oneself or others, gaining access either from within or from an outside source. While not accessing this power, their speed is normally placed into a dormant state, allowing them to blend in easily with normal society without accidentally performing advanced or supernatural feats.
