Capabilities

The user can send the consciousness/mind or disembodied awareness of themselves or others to the past or future versions of themselves, their ancestors/descendants/past/future incarnations.

An example of this is the user sending/transferring their consciousness to their past self to do anything in the past, which could potentially change/rewrite/alter their original timeline, which after they have done that their consciousness is sent back to the present future to their body.

Which event/things have been altered or they could send their consciousness to the past self to do something, which could potentially create an alternative timeline, leaving their actual original timeline unchanged or so they can just simply relive their life or events/moments of their life without creating another timeline and altering their timeline.

However, if the user isn't really familiar with this ability/power, the first option will definitely happen, which will change/rewrite/alter their original timeline if they do something they originally didn't do, such as stealing or hiding a car key to prevent someone from driving, meaning until the user becomes more familiar with this ability/power, they can't control what outcome will occur and the first outcome will definitely or more likely to happen.

Or they simply could just transfer their consciousness in time to simply create another alternative timeline either in the past, present or future as a possibility, meaning they turn that possibility into a reality.
