Capabilities

Users are given or have Dominant Genetic Codes with traits that can override or mutate their genetic coding. The Dominant Genes are the most important, powerful, and influential genes that grant users their powers at the very core of their genetic potential.

The Dominant Genes can be applied by either the natural process: If a parent with bug-like appearances with no power's mates with a someone with dominant genetics in physical appearance and flight - the offspring will take on the physical appearance of the DG as well as be granted the ability of flight.

The Dominant Genetic powers can also be artificially injected into users: This may be a scientific serum granting users DG powers, or it may via an offensive attack such as a tail stinger or fangs that inject the user with DG genes. The impacted user will undergo a transformation where they then inherit the DG of the injector.

• While the user's genetics can override their Parter's genetics, there is still a small chance of the latter's genetics overriding the genetics of the former.

Viltrumites, such as Nolan Grayson, (Image Comics) have genetics that can override the genetics of whoever they reproduce with, be it closer to themselves as humans (Mark) or farther as thraxans (Oliver).

Quirk Users (My Hero Academia) are able to pass on their quirks to their children, who typically inherit either one or a combination of their parent's quirks or the quirk of a single parent if the other is quirkless.

Superpowered individuals (Sky High) can pass on the ability for their children to have superpowers, much more so if their partner does not have powers.

Force Sensitive Individuals, like Anikin Skywalker (Star Wars) are shown to pass on their connection to the force to their children.
