Power/Ability to:	Have every believed power.

The ability to gain powers based on beliefs. Sub-power of Faithifery and Indomitable Belief. Variation of Power Acquirement.

Capabilities

Use can obtain any power simply by believing that they have it. For example, if the user believes they can fly, they will develop the Flight. As long as they believe it, they can run at superhuman speed or blast an intended target and so on.
