Capabilities[]
The users tear-drops possess magical properties within them, having various effects when they touch other objects or individuals. These entities that possess these tears normally possess some type of a magically enhanced physiology that enable them to produce these tears, and some can possess some form of manipulation over them to a limited degree, depending on the user.
Unlike supernatural tears which is the umbrella ability produce a wide variety of a different tears through a variety of different sources, while magical tears are produced by users that possess some form of magic within them.
