"Hey, wait. Weren't you tied up a moment ago?"
"That was a moment ago.""
― Gannji and Haley Starshine (The Order of the Stick)

  • Escape Artistry Aptitude/Expertise/Intuition/Mastery/Proficiency
  • Escapism Aptitude/Expertise/Intuition/Mastery/Proficiency
  • Escapology Aptitude/Expertise/Intuition/Proficiency

Capabilities[]

The user, either innately or through training, is a master of escapology, allowing them to easily escape all manner of bonds, holds, and captivity, making it difficult to hold the user (depending on the means).

They can intuitively escape by any means and in the most effective ways possible, use anything at hand to do so and, have no mental/emotional issues or moral dilemmas either before, during or after the deed. Users can perfectly and without a single flaw or mistake, know how to escape anything, whenever they want with zero effort.

This is the ultimate escaping mechanism, making it virtually impossible to survive against the user, since the user will automatically escape with perfect skill, technique and timing. The users full and complete mastery in escapology and anything related to escapology makes the user the ultimate escapologist.

Applications[]

  • Eluding Aura: The user consciously retracts their chi energy to reduce detection.
  • Escape Room Mastery: The user can easily notice and solve any clues and crack it for an escape.
  • Furtive Escape: The numinous power to make stealthy getaways without interference.
  • Hiding Mastery: The user can easily hide and escape without detection.
  • Pattern Sense: deduce the pattern of a trap, bind or blocked passage and crack it for an escape.

  • Riddle Mastery: The user can easily solve any riddle and crack it for an escape.

  • Weakness Detection: To detect any faults/flaws in any form of detainment.

Associations[]

Limitations[]

  • Escape Prevention is the perfect counter.
  • User's ability to escape situation may not be absolute as their ability to escape situations may have weakness.
  • May require a degree of training or exposure.
  • May take time to achieve mastery.
  • Likely still relative, e.g. an ability to escape any lock, chain or bond may not be able to escape from a Seal or a gapless Force-Field.
