User can completely destabilize entire environments and their conditions, which can lead to it becoming an entirely new environment or cause it to become corrupted and/or lethal. Any environment changed by this power becomes impossible to change back as the original climate, conditions and weather no longer exist.
Unlike normal Environment Manipulation, user cannot manipulate the environment, merely cause it to become destabilized.
