Capabilities

Users can create silk, sticky threads of webs that generate or are made of electricity. The electrified web can used to capture, torture, attack or an as a coat that shocks anyone who comes in contact with it as a defense. It can also act as a barrier to buy the user time, a defensive perimeter or a trap/binding.
