Capabilities

The user can transform into different kinds of dragons as well as obtain their abilities, traits, and physiology. This is usually done by rearranging one's own DNA structure. One with this power can transform into dragons and/or dragon-like creatures they may have seen before. Some people can alter their form mentally in order to be able to make use of this ability.
