The user can create one or more characters with defined personalities, stories, skills, powers etc., these characters are often more defined then mindless creatures or monsters and possess their own personalities and free will but may still obey their creator, depending on how much free will they were created with. The user may also empower and otherwise modify their creations in any way they wish, such as giving them new powers.
Users of this ability are more limited in their creation of characters then users of Absolute Character Creation, such as number of characters, how powerful they are etc.
