Capabilities
The user is able to make people freeze within their current state in space. The person/people may have their motor and cognitive functions being frozen as well, so have no idea that it happened as it just goes by and skips over the time they were frozen in time according to their perception of things.

Limitations
- Only works with people, objects and other non-humans will continue to move.
- Sometimes awareness is maintained by a frozen individual, though they remain immobilized.
- May only use with various hand gestures and not with the mind.
